- A.D.Boudreaux & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1981 as a Professional Recruiting Firm. Primary specialization's for permanent placement were Geologists, Geophysicists and Data Processing professionals. Petroleum Engineers, Oil & Gas Accountants and Landmen were also worked until 1985. Since 1985, major concentration has been in the staffing of data processing professionals from staff to management. Executive search and recruitment of financial professionals have always played an additional role in our client relationships.
Our firm strives to understand past, present and future needs of the clients with which we form relationships. Our track record of helping build IS Departments includes exclusive contracts awarded, 98% retention rates over five year spans, and being responsible for placing 33 to 50% of the entire staff of our clients. We are retained or used on an exclusive basis for either permanent/contract placement or outplacement seminars.
What has set us apart in our clients' minds is the process of qualifying talent and chemistry match for staffing. Our talent pool which covers the entire United States has been built and tracked for over 15 years. We have established business partnerships with other concerns that work as we do should additional talent be needed.
